Attendance & leave
Check-ins, attendance records, leave, day-off overtime and emergency call-outs. This is the data payroll is built on.
Attendance
HR → Attendance (/dashboard/human-resources/attendance):
- Daily records — who is in, who is out, hours and status.
- Check-in / check-out — manual, via barcode dialog, or from the mobile app (GPS + selfie).
- Bulk past attendance — backfill attendance for previous days.
- Break approvals — tea/lunch break windows and requests.
- HR settings — payroll cycle day, shift windows, overtime rules.
- Attendance reports tab — summaries by worker and period.
- Overtime checker — flags pending overtime from the shift end.
Leave
HR → Leaves (/dashboard/human-resources/leaves):
- Request lifecycle: pending → approved / rejected, with pending badges.
- Leave types: annual, sick, maternity, paternity, study, unpaid, compassionate.
- Leave balances — used-days per employee calculated automatically.
- Documents attached to requests.
- Approve or reject from the web or the manager portal.
Day-off overtime
Day Off Overtime (/dashboard/day-off-overtime) — requests for work performed on an official day off:
- Request with date, reason and hours.
- Approval workflow with pending badge.
- Approved day-off hours feed payroll.
Emergency call-outs
Emergency Call-Outs (/dashboard/emergency-callouts):
- A call-out is raised with a type (maintenance, invoice, not-sure), vehicle type, and assigned leaders and assistants.
- Each participant accepts or declines, then checks in and out of the call-out.
- Check-in/check-out includes GPS coordinates with a Google Maps embed.
- Approval workflow with pending badge.
How it feeds payroll
Attendance, approved overtime, day-off overtime and call-outs flow into Payroll & payments automatically.
