Shop quotations & stock

Sales quotations, awaiting stock and stock movements — the bridge between the catalog and the ledger.

Sales quotations

Shop quotations live under Shop → Sales Quotations (/dashboard/shop/qoutations):

• Create — quote a customer from the product catalog at the right price.
• Convert to sale — one action turns the quotation into a sale at the till.
• Transfer — pass a quotation to another user or terminal.
• Email — send the quotation by email with a receipt-style view.
• Public share — share a quotation link with a customer who is not signed in.

Awaiting stock

When a sale includes items that are not in stock, they move to Shop → Awaiting Stocks (/dashboard/shop/stock-awaits):

• Work queue — every out-of-stock line item waiting for supply.
• Resolve — mark items as restocked or fulfilled.
• Bulk update — resolve many lines at once.
• Status filter — see open and resolved items.

Stock movements

Every change to stock is recorded (/dashboard/shop/stock-movements):

• In and out movements across sales, purchases, returns and stock takes.
• Export — download movement history for reconciliation.

Stock takes

Count physical stock with the stock-take flow in the mobile admin portal (see Mobile admin) and reconcile counts against the ledger.
