Banks, loans & refunds

Bank accounts, business loans and the refund pipeline — the money that moves through the ledger.

Banks

Manage bank accounts under Admin → Banks (/dashboard/banks).

  • Account registry — add each bank account with its details; the page shows summary stats.
  • Detail page with two tabs:
    • Inflow — invoice payments received into the account.
    • Outflow — expense payments made from the account.
  • Bank statement export — download the account statement as PDF, or as CSV for your accountant.
  • KPI cards — balance, money in, money out over the selected period.

Business loans

Track borrowing under Admin → Business Loans (/dashboard/loans) with a separate Loan Lenders directory.

  • Loans registry — each loan with lender, amount, terms and balance.
  • Loan payments — record repayments with document attachments.
  • Repayment tracking — the remaining balance updates with every payment.
  • Lenders — a directory of who you borrow from (/dashboard/loans/lenders).

Refunds

The refund pipeline under Admin → Refunds (/dashboard/refunds) — typically started from a sale or a credit note:

  1. Pending — a refund request is created (manually or from a sale).
  2. Approved / Rejected — a manager approves or rejects it, with notes.
  3. Completed / Cancelled — approved refunds are completed once paid out.

The page includes search and filters, approval actions and export. Approvals can also be handled from the mobile admin portal.

Workflows

  1. Bank reconciliation — bank accounts show what came in and what went out; match transactions against transactions and uploaded transactions.
  2. Loan lifecycle — take a loan → record repayments → watch the balance.
  3. Refund lifecycle — sale returned or invoice credited → refund request → approve → complete.
