Projects

Projects (/dashboard/projects):

  • Views — card, list and calendar.
  • Star and archive — favourites and completed projects.
  • Project detail:
    • Team management — members with roles.
    • Work logs — time and notes logged per project.
    • Files — folders, notes and documents per project.
    • Settings and a share dialog.
    • Invoices per project — link project work to invoices.
  • The sidebar renders the live project tree — projects, folders, notes and documents navigable directly.

Tasks

Tasks (/dashboard/tasks):

  • Views — list, card, calendar and kanban.
  • Task types — user-defined types, managed from the sidebar; tasks are typed for filtering and reporting.
  • Job cards — a task detail with subtasks, time entries, delivery-note items and status transitions; photo proof on start/finish.
  • Time entries — start, stop, pause and resume against a task.
  • Transfer — move tasks between workers.
  • AI-assisted generation — generate tasks and subtasks from a description with the AI generator (see System & admin).

Collaboration

Shared documents, notes, comments and folders across projects and tasks:

  • Documents with upload and versioning.
  • Comments and replies with threads.
  • Folders to organise files.
