Vehicles
Fleet → All Vehicles (/dashboard/fleet):
- Vehicle directory — grid or list view with stats and date-range filters.
- QR codes — every vehicle has a QR code; drivers scan it to start a trip (mobile).
- Add and remove vehicles with photos and details.
Trips
Fleet → Trips (/dashboard/fleet/trips):
- Trip records with start and end, driver and vehicle.
- New trip — create manually or from the mobile app (NFC/QR/camera detection).
- Trip detail — route, stops and damage notes that roll into maintenance.
- Trip lifecycle: in progress → active / paused → completed / cancelled.
Fuel
Fleet → Fuel Records (/dashboard/fleet/fuel):
- Fuel log per vehicle and driver, with detail pages.
- Record fuel during trips from the mobile app.
Maintenance
Fleet → Maintenance (/dashboard/fleet/maintenance):
- Maintenance records with a payments tab.
- Damages table with urgent damage alerts.
- Audit log of all maintenance actions.
- Add maintenance directly from trip damage notes.
