Performance reviews, disciplinary warnings, rosters and live team locations.

Performance

HR → Performance (/dashboard/human-resources/performance) — a unified view:

  • Overview — average score, top performers, needs attention, active warnings and trends.
  • Per employee — each person's scores and history.
  • Per department — department-level comparison.
  • Workers see their own metrics in the mobile app (see Mobile worker).

Warnings

HR → Warnings (/dashboard/human-resources/warnings):

  • Issue a warning — severity, notes and dates.
  • Resolve / appeal — warnings can be resolved by management, or acknowledged and appealed by the worker in the mobile app.
  • Analysis — warnings analysis page for patterns.

Rosters

HR → Roster & Holidays (/dashboard/human-resources/roster-holidays):

  • Roster generation rules — days per month, max workers off per day, generation day and payroll cycle day.
  • Holidays — the holiday calendar used by rosters, leave and payroll.

Team locations

HR → Team Locations (/dashboard/human-resources/team-locations) — a live GPS map of workers:

  • Worker markers on a map with a 24-hour window.
  • Filters by worker type, status and department.
  • Follow-selected mode — keep one worker in view.
  • Detail panel per worker with their recent locations.
  • The same live view exists in the manager portal on mobile.
