Dashboard

  • Greeting, profile meta and today's stats — attendance, hours, tasks.
  • Upcoming deadlines and a recent activity feed (check-in/out, task events).
  • Tool counts, overtime availability banners and quick actions.

Check-in / check-out

The heart of the worker app:

  • GPS-based check-in and check-out with the address where you were.
  • Mandatory selfie — the front camera capture is uploaded with every check-in/check-out.
  • Breaks — tea and lunch windows with start/end, and emergency break requests.
  • Overtime — after your shift, an auto-triggered modal offers overtime (normal or emergency call-out); it stays until you respond, with sound and push alerts.
  • Live location — while checked in, your location streams to managers every few seconds.
  • Offline queue — no signal? The check-in is queued and submitted when you reconnect.
  • A QR code for the active check-in record.

Attendance history

  • Monthly calendar aligned to the payroll cycle (start/end days from HR settings).
  • Present, late, absent and leave counts.
  • Overtime breakdown (normal, emergency call-out, day-off, performance bonus).

Payslips

  • Payslip list with summaries; biometric authentication required to open.
  • PDF download generated on the device, shareable anywhere.

Tasks & projects

  • Tasks — filter by status and scope (My / All); start and finish with photo proof.
  • Job cards — subtasks, time entries (start/stop/pause/resume), delivery-note ticking and notes.
  • Projects — project list with progress; work logs, comments, notes, documents and tools per project.

Leave, rosters & calendar

  • Leave requests with documents and balance calculation.
  • Roster — your shifts for the month.
  • Calendar — one view of holidays, leaves, rosters, tasks and attendance.

Warnings & performance

  • Performance reports — your metrics with charts, month/quarter/year.
  • Warnings — view warnings and acknowledge or appeal them.

Emergency call-outs

  • Request a call-out (maintenance / invoice / not-sure), pick vehicle type, assign leaders and assistants.
  • Accept or decline when you're assigned; check in/out of the call-out with GPS and a map.

Vehicles & trips

  • Detect your vehicle via NFC, QR scan or camera.
  • Start a trip; during it: live navigation, fuel recording, quick stops and pre-trip inspection.
  • End the trip with damage notes.

Tools

  • Your allocated tools, tool requests and returns (three tabs).
  • Browse available tools with QR scan and request them.
  • Return tools with photos.

Settings

  • Push notification toggle, biometric lock, dark/light theme.
  • Account profile (name, avatar), about, FAQ help centre and legal pages.
