Point of sale & sales

The till, the sales ledger, orders and receipts — under Shop → Point Of Sale and Shop → Sales.

Point of sale

Open the full-screen POS at Shop → Point Of Sale (/dashboard/shop/pos):

  • Product grid — browse by category with search; tap to add to the cart.
  • Cart & checkout — quantities, discounts, payment method and a receipt dialog.
  • Coupons — apply discount coupons at checkout (see Products & catalog).
  • Quotation from POS — save a cart as a quotation, or load a saved quotation into the till.
  • Draft recovery — if you lose connection or close the till mid-sale, the draft is saved and restored automatically.
  • Payment methods — cash, card and other configured methods.

Sales

The sales register under Shop → Sales (/dashboard/shop/sales):

  • Sales list with stats cards, filters by status/date and Excel export.
  • Sale detail — items, payments, the customer, and actions:
    • Refund — start the refund pipeline (see Banks, loans & refunds).
    • Print — till-style receipt.
    • Email receipt — send the receipt by email.
    • Convert to order — turn the sale into an order for fulfilment.

Orders

Track fulfilled work under Shop → Orders (/dashboard/shop/orders):

  • Order registry with status and payment filters.
  • Order detail with receipt and status updates.

Customers & suppliers

  • Customers — the customer directory (/dashboard/shop/customers), linked to sales and orders.
  • Suppliers — who you buy from, with stats (/dashboard/suppliers).
