Manager dashboard

  • Checked-in count for today and weekly overtime.

Live location map

  • Live worker locations streamed over a real-time socket (with polling fallback).
  • Statuses: live, idle, offline, checked in, checked out.

Approvals

  • Leave — approve or reject with one tap; view documents.
  • Overtime — approve or reject overtime requests.
  • Day-off overtime — manage day-off work requests.
  • Emergency call-outs — accept, complete or delete; create on behalf of a worker.

Attendance management

  • Attendance records — view check-ins, call-outs and overtime with approve/reject.
  • Attendance bypass — create bypass rules (start/end dates, custom check-in/out times, reason) when the app fails a worker.
  • Manual check-in/out — check a worker in or out on their behalf, with a selfie photo.
